En atención a lo dispuesto por la Rectoría en su Circular N.º 005 del presente año, la Decanatura de la Facultad Tecnológica se permite dar alcance a dicho lineamiento institucional, con el fin de aclarar las condiciones de funcionamiento y participación para
nuestra facultad durante la jornada del jueves <b>19 de febrero</b> del 2026.</div>

No obstante, en concordancia con lo establecido en la Circular N.º 005 de Rectoría, y en reconocimiento del derecho fundamental a la libre expresión y participación ciudadana, se autoriza permiso académico y laboral a partir de las 12:00 m. (mediodía) para
quienes, de manera libre y voluntaria, deseen participar en las movilizaciones programadas para esa fecha. En relación a las clases nocturnas, estás se desarrollarán apoyadas por Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (TIC).</div>
