Por medio de la presente, la Oficina de Infraestructura en marco de las funciones con el contrato Interadministrativo de Prestación Servicios 1656 del 14 de septiembre de 2021, suscrito entre la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas y la Empresa De Renovación
Y Desarrollo Urbano De Bogotá D.C.-RENOBO, cuyo objeto es <i>“CONTRATAR LA GESTIÓN INTEGRAL Y LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS DE ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA, JURÍDICA, ADMINISTRATIVA, FINANCIERA Y AMBIENTAL, PARA DESARROLLAR EL PROYECTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN Y
DOTACIÓN DEL EDIFICIO DE LABORATORIOS E INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA FACULTAD DE INGENIERÍA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DISTRITAL FRANCISCO JOSÉ DE CALDAS</i>”, y el contrato de interventoría 1058 de1 18 de mayo de 2022 celebrado entre la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas
y el consorcio Laboratorios UD cuyo objeto es “REALIZAR LA INTERVENTORIA TECNICA, ADMINISTRATIVA, FINANCIERA, AMBIENTAL Y JURIDICA AL CONTRATO QUE TENDRA COMO OBJETO CONTRATAR POR EL SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRACION DELEGADA, LA CONSTRUCCIÓN Y DOTACIÓN DEL EDIFICIO DE LABORATORIOS
E INVESTIGACIÓN DE LA FACULTAD DE INGENIERIA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DISTRITAL FRANCISCO JOSE DE CALDAS” y conforme a lo regulado en el artículo octavo, literal 2. de la Resolución de Rectoría Nro. 629 de 17 de noviembre de 2016<i>, “Por medio de la cual se adopta
