WEA 2025 submission deadlines are approaching !!!

Please remember WEA 2025 submission deadlines:

  *   Paper submission (CCIS Springer) deadline: May 24, 2025 - NEW !!!
  *   Paper notification of acceptance: June 21, 2025
  *   Paper final version deadline: July 19, 2025
  *   Abstract submission deadline: May 24, 2025 - NEW !!!
  *   Abstract notification of acceptance: June 21, 2025
  *   Abstract final version deadline: July 19, 2025

WEA 2025 online sessions

This year, WEA 2025 will offer online sessions to those who cannot attend the conference in Cali - Colombia. Both online and face-to-face presentation options will be available !!!

WEA 2025 Journal Issues !!!

We are happy to announce that WEA 2025 will select some high quality papers to be invited to submit an extended version to the following TOP Journals (Q1 and Q2 Scopus):

High quality accepted papers will be invited to send extended and improved versions into the Journal of Computer and System Sciences (subject to acceptance of the extended/improved versions after review):

WEA 2025 Call for Papers !!!

We are happy to announce that WEA 2025 will be held at Universidad Autónoma de Occidente, Cali - Colombia from 29-31 October, 2025 !!!

WEA 2025 offers two main categories:

Full paper submission (expected to publish into CCIS Springer Series)
Abstract submission (published into an online book with ISSN)
We will also offer both in-person and online sessions !!!
