<b>"Teniendo en cuenta que desde este momento ya se está proyectando la carga lectiva para el próximo período académico 2026-1 por parte de los Proyectos curriculares y que, de manera unilateral, por parte de algunos coordinadores y Consejos curriculares se
han tomado decisiones respecto de NO renovar la vinculación laboral de varios docentes considerando criterios carentes de objetividad, que en algunos casos han establecido someter a concurso docente las cargas desarrolladas en el 2025, entre otras actuaciones
discrecionales sin atender los elementos mínimos consagrados en la normatividad interna, nacional y transgrediendo los mandatos constitucionales, convocamos a una reunión con todos los docentes afectados y todos aquellos que deseen participar para tratar este
asunto.</b></div>
